Welcome to Quadune, a platform operated by DevNull SHPK (SH.P.K.). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Quadune platform. By creating an account or otherwise using Quadune, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quadune, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and DevNull SHPK.
Service Description
Quadune is a free job listing platform that connects job seekers with employers in Albania and Kosovo. We provide tools for posting job listings, searching for jobs, submitting applications, and managing the hiring process. The service is provided free of charge for both job seekers and employers. We may, in future, support the service through advertising, but the core functionality will remain free.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Quadune. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide about yourself or the entity you represent is accurate. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that company and to accept these terms on its behalf.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information. - Maintain only one account per person or business entity. - Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others. - Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
For Job Seekers
As a job seeker on Quadune, you agree to: - Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications. - Submit genuine applications only for positions you are interested in. - Not use automated tools to mass-apply or spam employers. - Respect employers' communication and respond professionally. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your CV, profile information, and application content.
For Employers
As an employer on Quadune, you agree to: - Post accurate and truthful job listings that reflect real open positions. - Provide clear job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details where applicable. - Not discriminate against candidates based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other protected characteristic. - Process and handle applicant data only for legitimate recruitment purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, acting as an independent data controller for the applicant data you receive. - Not post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive job listings. We reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates these guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Quadune: - Posting spam, fake listings, or misleading content. - Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users. - Using bots, spiders, or other automated tools to extract or harvest data from the platform without our prior written permission. - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems. - Using the platform for any illegal purpose. - Impersonating another person or organization. - Distributing malware or harmful content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
The Quadune name, logo, software, design, and database (excluding user-submitted and third-party content) are owned by DevNull SHPK and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce them without permission. You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Quadune, including your profile information, CVs, cover letters, and job listings. By posting content on the platform, you grant Quadune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting our services. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to our data retention policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you post does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Quadune is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable and secure platform, we do not warrant: - Uninterrupted or error-free service. - The accuracy or reliability of information posted by other users. - The outcome of any job application or hiring process. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevNull SHPK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We are not a party to any employment relationship or agreement between job seekers and employers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or for the statutory rights of consumers.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Quadune and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, the licence you granted us ends and we delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices, except where retention is required by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, where DevNull SHPK is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you continue to benefit from the mandatory protections of the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms deprives you of those rights. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts as provided by applicable law. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or platform notification and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of Quadune after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
